Our Company

Our Trust Company, Labuan INS International Trust Ltd is established on 16th February 2012. Even though our establishment is fairly new, our management team have been with the industry for almost twenty years. Our team consists of those people with vast experiences and professional backgrounds in legal, secretarial, accounting and finance, offshore insurance, banking and trust.

KHAIRULANUAR ABDUL RAHMAN

Mr. Khairilanuar was appointed as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Labuan INS International Trust Ltd in November 2019. He started his career as the Executive Chairman of Infinity Prospect Sdn Bhd on 1993. Prior to working as Director of Muar Ban Lee Group Sdn since June 2009, he served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Pensonic Holdings Bhd from February 2002 to September 2011. Then, he became an Independent Non-Executive Director of Farlim Group Malaysia Bhd and Unimech Group Sdn on August 2011 and October 2013 respectively. Later, he prolonged his career as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Pensonic Holdings Bhd from June 2013 to November 2016.

ZUKHAIRI MD OSMAN

Mr. Zukhairi was appointed a director of Labuan INS International Trust Ltd in 2013. He was also appointed as Trust Officer on 17th May 2021. An accountant by profession, Mr. Zukhairi is a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) after obtaining a Diploma in Accountancy from the University Technology MARA in 1995 and Bachelor of Accounting with Honours from the University Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2011. He is also a member of ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant. He started his professional career in 1995 with the American Malaysian Insurance Berhad. Before joining Labuan INS International Trust Ltd, he has held several key positions in some of the more renown insurance companies including Uni.Asia General Insurance (now known as Liberty Insurance), CIMB Aviva Takaful Berhad, Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad. He is previously freelance advisor to Azlan Aziz & Partners, a Chartered Accountants Firm on matters relating to accounting standards and policy. He is currently a Principal and Company Secretary in Cardfile Management Services.
